Romanian drug dealer snared after pictures of 'distinctive bent' penis gives him away

A 31-year-old Romanian man, Florin Stan, changed his plea to guilty on the fourth day of a trial after photographs of a distinctive bend in his penis emerged, after the drug dealer initially denied asking a 16-year-old boy to perform a sex act on him.

The 16-year-old reportedly wanted to buy cannabis but only had half the money needed, so Florin Stan asked the child to provide a sex act.

Florin Stan, a married man from Hull, at first denied paying the boy for sexual services, but when the deviation in the shape of Mr Stan’s penis was looked at, he changed his plea.

Recorder Alex Menary told Stan: "You knew he was 16. He was someone who, at the time, was using cannabis and he knew you as someone who would sell it to him.

"On one occasion when he came to buy some cannabis from you, he asked him if you would supply him with £20 worth, even though he only had £10 to pay."

"He then left the flat with the drugs that you gave him," said Recorder Menary.

Following Stan’s arrest he was identified by the 16-year-old due who detailed a distinctive “bend” in the drug dealer’s genitalia.

Hull Live reported that photographs were taken of Mr Stan while the trial was underway, which showed a distinctive "deviation" in his private parts that could be "observed" and confirmed as backing up the boy's claims.

Mr Stan had a previous conviction for possessing cannabis and appears to have lived in the UK for around five years, having worked at a car wash and an abattoir.

Stan was given a 10-year sexual harm prevention order and jailed for two years, he must register as a sex offender for 10 years.
