Last night Meghan Markle’s lawyer issued a denial that the Duchess of Sussex had ever bullied staff.

Jenny Afia from law firm Schillings was responding to claims that Meghan Markle had infliction ‘emotional cruelty’ on staff, following accusations people had been ‘driven out.’

Ms Afia said this in the second episode of the BBC’s ‘The Princes and the Press’, with the programme also making claims that both the Sussex and Cambridge families briefing the media against each other.

Ms Afia said there were ‘massive inaccuracies’ in aspects of the story before attempting to make an explanation of what she thought bullying was.

She outright denied that the Duchess of Sussex was guilty of bullying.

“What bullying actually means is improperly using power, repeatedly and deliberately to hurt someone physically or emotionally

'The Duchess of Sussex has absolutely denied doing that, that said she wouldn’t want to negate anyone’s personal experiences.’

The somewhat controversial programme also covered the day Meghan and Harry’s son Archie was born, detailing information about press releases being sent out in stark contrast to previous Royal births with media photos outside of a hospital.

Broadcaster Trevor Phillips said: 'It became clear that they had not really grasped that in return for the fairytale you have to give the people outside the castle something, or they just decided they didn’t want to play the game.

"The point at which you decide you’re not going to play the game, well don’t expect other people to play by the rules."

GB News’ Dan Wootton confirmed sources close to Harry and William were telling stories about the other.

"Well obviously it was uncomfortable, because there was a lot of briefing about the private lives about both the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

"Very often by people connected to the other couple."
