A man labelled as a “menace on the streets” that burgled an NHS building, assaulted paramedics and exposed his buttocks, has been jailed.
Mr Michael Harkin, of no fixed abode, is reported to have committed several offences during the latter part of 2021.
He plead guilty to two public order offences, criminal damage, two assaults on paramedics, two burglaries and possessing cannabis.

The court in Bristol heard Mr Harkin has 54 convictions for over 100 previous offences, following these new offences he was jailed by Judge Julian Lambert for three years.
The Bristol Post reports that Judge Lambert told the offender: "Much of your offending reflects a deep-seated addiction to drink.
"You are also a menace on the streets with many convictions for disorder and numerous convictions for assaulting police officers.
"The profusion of highly relevant previous convictions caused me to elevate considerably culpability for the offences against emergency workers and the public order offences.
"I gave you a chance when I deferred sentence but sadly you could not find it in yourself to stop offending."
The prosecutor for the case, Neil Treharne, said paramedics who had come to help a drunken Mr Harkin, encountered a terse response when he kicked one of the paramedics in the leg.
In August, Mr Harkin was reported to have stolen three televisions worth £1,500.
In June, Mr Harkin was found "staggering" in Bristol city centre, exposed his buttocks to a woman and smashed a bottle whilst being abusive to police.
