Anti-Brexit campaigner, Gina Miller, has announced plans to launch a new political party called True and Fair.
The proposed party is set to be registered with the Electoral Commission.
Ms Miller, who took the UK Government to court when Theresa May was Prime Minister over a decision to trigger Article 50, said: "This government needs to be held to account.

The proposed party will be known as True and Fair and is set to be registered with the Electoral Commission. Ms Miller said in a statement this morning: "This government needs to be held to account.
"Voters deserve better than the current politics of incompetence and self-interest."
The Electoral Commission will examine Ms Miller's application, constitution and finances, before making a decision over the new political party.
Ms Miller is widely known for making a legal case against the government's implementation of Brexit, forcing Theresa May to put before Parliament her decision to invoke Article 50.
