The latest travel rules mean double jabbed Brits no longer need to take a test upon returning to the UK.

On top of this, double jabbed Brits can also travel to countries such as Greece, Spain, Germany and Portugal without test requirements.

Partially and non vaccinated sun-seekers also have options, however the majority of destinations require testing.

If you are fully vaccinated, where can you go on holiday without the need for any tests? Here are your options.

Spain

Fully vaccinated UK arrivals do not need to test or quarantine in order to travel to Spain.

Unvaccinated people, however, are not welcome, as being double jabbed 14 days ahead of arrival is a requirement in order to enter the country.

Children under 12 do not need to show proof of double vaccinations in order to travel to Spain.

All UK travellers will need to obtain a QR code to show at border control, that can be obtained by filling out a pre-travel form.

Germany

Fully vaccinated Brits can visit Germany for any travel purpose.

Anybody aged six or over will need to show either proof of vaccination, proof of recovery from Covid, or proof of a negative test, so unvaccinated children can visit but will need a test.

Switzerland

Double jabbed visitors do not need to take a pre-departure test in order to enter the country and are allowed to visit for non-essential reasons.

Unvaccinated children under 18 are allowed to travel to Switzerland if they are accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.

Croatia

Brits are allowed to enter Croatia if they are able to show one of the following: proof of being fully vaccinated within 365 days, a negative Covid antigen test taken within 48 hours of travel, a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of travel, or proof of recovery from Covid.

Children under the age of 12 are exempt if they are accompanied by an adult who meets the requirements.

Egypt

Any double-jabbed UK travellers who are aged 12 or over are able to enter Egypt without the need for any test or quarantine.

Children under 12 are able to follow these same rules, however, unvaccinated children who are older than 12 will need either a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of arrival, or a rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours of arrival.

Albania

Anyone aged six or over can visit Albania if they can show either proof of vaccination, or a negative Covid test result (this can be a PCR taken within 72 hours before travel, or an antigen within 48 hours).

Hungary

Your final vaccine dose must have been administered at least 14 days before you travel to Hungary. You are not required to show proof of a negative Covid test if you are fully vaccinated.

Montenegro

If you are fully vaccinated against Covid, you are allowed to visit Montenegro.

However, if your second vaccination dose was more than six months ago, you will need to have proof of a booster dose.

You can also visit without taking a test if you can show proof of recovery from Covid between 10-180 days.

Malta

Malta is currently open to fully vaccinated UK travellers. No quarantine period or test is required in order to travel.

Czech Republic

Fully boosted Brits will not need to show a PCR test in order to enter the country, those who are double jabbed are allowed to enter for holidays.
