Former police officer among eight charged with bribery offences following anti-corruption investigation

Eight people, including a former MPS officer, have been charged with bribery offences following an investigation by the Met’s Directorate of Professional Standards Anti-Corruption Command.

They were charged on Wednesday, 10 November with conspiracy to commit bribery:

Former Sergeant Frank Partridge, 48, of Buckinghamshire

Ryan Bishti, 41, of Exhibition Road, SW7

Pamela Bishti, 66, of Croydon

Hassan Serdoud, 54, of Camden

Anna Ginandes, 44, of Camden

Terry Neil, 55, of Slough

Soraya Henderson, 55, of High Wycombe

Eamonn Mulholland, 54, of Islington.

Serdoud has also been charged with bribery.

They will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 21 December.

The charges follow a long-running investigation by officers from the Anti-Corruption Command examining allegations of corruption by police licensing officers in Westminster, and inappropriate relationships between police officers and people running local businesses.

A file was initially passed to the Crown Prosecution Service in December 2017 and following further work, eight people have now been charged.
