Covid: 50,199,371 first doses of coronavirus vaccine delivered in the UK

A total of 50,199,371 first doses of Covid-19 vaccine had been delivered in the UK by November 5, a rise of 42,715 on the previous day, Government figures show.
Some 45,812,839 second doses have been delivered, an increase of 21,905.
A combined total of 9,653,041 booster and third doses have also been delivered, a day-on-day rise of 305,967.
Separate totals for booster and third doses are not available.
The Government said a further 155 people had died within 28 days of testing positive for Covid-19 as of Saturday, bringing the UK total to 141,743.
Separate figures published by the Office for National Statistics show there have been 166,000 deaths registered in the UK where Covid-19 was mentioned on the death certificate.
As of 9am on Saturday, there had been a further 30,693 lab-confirmed Covid-19 cases in the UK, the Government said.
